PVCAD supports AutoCAD 2018 and all later versions on Windows 10/11 (64-bit). It does not support AutoCAD LT or Mac versions of AutoCAD.
Yes. We offer a 7-day trial license at no cost. Simply mention "Trial Request" in your Contact form and we will send a trial license key within one business day. You can also request a live demo walkthrough via video call.

After purchase, you receive a ZIP file containing the PVCAD installer and a step-by-step installation guide. The installer adds PVCAD as a ribbon tab in AutoCAD automatically. Installation typically takes under 5 minutes.
The standard license is a single-seat (single machine) license. It can be activated on one computer at a time. If you need to move to a different machine, contact our support team and we will deactivate the old machine and issue a new activation at no charge.
The software continues to function after expiry but stops receiving updates and technical support. You can renew your license at any time by contacting us — we will send a new payment link and extend your license period upon receipt of payment.
Yes. All purchases include a valid GST invoice. Please provide your GST number in the contact form if you need it included on the invoice. Enterprise billing can also be arranged through Purchase Order (PO) or direct bank transfer.

Yes. PVCAD includes a Custom Table Converter tool that converts existing non-PVCAD table blocks into PVCAD-recognised tables. This means you can use all PVCAD tools on drawings that were started outside of PVCAD without redrawing anything.
All 24 tools are fully supported in AutoCAD 2018 and above. Specific advanced features like 3D Terrain Mesh require AutoCAD full version (not LT). Our installation guide lists tool-by-tool version compatibility details.
Yes. Email support is included for the full license period. We typically respond within one business day. For enterprise licenses, phone and video call support is available. You can also request onsite or remote training sessions.
