We want you to be completely satisfied with PVCAD. Here's our fair and transparent refund process.
📋 Quick Summary
Annual licenses are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the software fails to perform as described and we are unable to resolve the issue. Perpetual and Enterprise licenses have separate terms.
1. Our Commitment
We stand behind PVCAD and want every customer to be satisfied. We offer a clear and fair refund policy to ensure you can purchase with confidence.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You are eligible to request a refund under the following conditions:
- The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date
- The Software fails to install successfully on a compatible system and our support team is unable to resolve the issue
- The Software materially fails to perform core advertised features and we are unable to provide a fix within 5 business days
- You are a new customer making your first purchase (not a license renewal)
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:
- The 7-day refund window has passed
- The Software was used to complete a project or billable work during the refund period
- The issue is caused by an incompatible or unsupported AutoCAD version, operating system, or hardware
- The license has been transferred, shared, or activated on multiple machines in violation of these Terms
- License renewal purchases
- Enterprise or custom license agreements (which have separate refund terms negotiated at time of purchase)
- Purchases made at a promotional or heavily discounted price
- Change of mind after the 7-day window
4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please contact us within the 7-day window:
- Email: support@pvcad.in with subject line "Refund Request – [Your Order Number]"
- Include your full name, registered email address, order/invoice number, and a brief description of the issue
Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days and work to resolve the issue first. If resolution is not possible, we will process your refund.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
GST/taxes included in the original payment will be refunded where applicable and permitted by law.
6. License Deactivation on Refund
Upon processing a refund, your license key will be deactivated and you must uninstall the Software from all devices. Any projects created using the Software prior to the refund remain your property.
7. Trial Before Purchase
We strongly encourage you to request a 7-day trial license before purchasing, especially for annual and Enterprise plans. This allows you to verify compatibility and functionality with your specific AutoCAD version and workflow before committing to a purchase. Contact us at our Contact page to request a trial.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your purchase.
